I have recently completed my Masters thesis which focuses around the methodology of published project management processes and their suitability when applied to the reuse of heritage sites.

Comparing traditional methods of project management such as PRINCE2 & PMP, including typical architectural approaches such as RIBA workstages, NEC contracts & MoRPHE.

The thesis explores the attributes of varying methodologies & their strengths and weaknesses, with specific focus on heritage architecture and construction. Comparing and contrasting these attributes with an active application to case study research & public knowledge.
